A fabulous idyllic rural detached south facing villa set in its own well established gardens on a quiet urbanisation surrounded by mature pine trees, terraces in the sun or shaded nayas, an outside bar and barbecue.

The accommodation is on two levels. The first floor comprises of a large lounge and dining area surrounded by terraces accessed by two large patio doors. There is a stone chimney and fireplace set prominently in a well illuminated lounge where the windows have addictive stimulating views of the surrounding rolling green countryside. Steel electric blinds and super double patio doors leading onto the top terraces, enhance the attraction of the lounge. On this floor there is also a fully fitted American Style kitchen with fitted microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, extractor fan and oven also with views over the countryside. There is also a fully fitted bathroom with bath/shower, fully fitted unit with inset sink.

Lounge/diner - seating for 6 people. Equipment includes LCD television, Sky TV - full programmes of sports and films and of course all 'UK Soaps' and a DVD player and lots of DVDs to watch.

Also from the top terrace there is a good sized artists studio which can be used as another lounge or dining room or as bedroom 4. This room is surrounded again, by double glazed sliding patio doors on three sides with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The ground floor accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms – with fitted wardrobes and 1 single bedroom with lots of hanging space, a fully fitted shower room and a lower hallway with five double wardrobes (so plenty of storage space) leading to the utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and the outside bar and pool area.

Outside:

There is a large private driveway for up to 3 or 4 cars with locked gates and extensive landscaped gardens and patio areas surrounding the villa which leads to the 8m x 4m private pool (with Roman steps for extra safety). There is a large terrace around the pool with sunloungers and umbrellas for total relaxation. Also near the pool is an outside kitchen, barbecue, fridge/freezer and a poolside bar and entertainment area with CD player ideal for those balmy nights with 2 large tables and plenty of chairs for al fresco dining.

Location:

The villa is ideally situated to capture both the real Spain with its friendly people and glorious views and for those lively nights and shopping trips. The City of Alicante with its beautiful marina, bars, restaurants, beach and extensive shopping outlets is only 15 minutes away. You will also be able to visit lots of other towns such as Benidorm, Altea, Javea, Denia and to the South - Torrevieja all less than an hour's drive away. Alicante airport also is only 20 minutes – so not far for picking up all your friends and relatives!

It is close to the delightful town of Tibi in the mountains overlooking the cosmopolitan city of Alicante. Tibi has plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank, post office, doctors and chemist. There are also many interesting places to visit nearby and pick a bargain at the colourful markets.  Look on the map and you will see Torrevieja one side - Benidorm the other side and Alicante in the middle of the two - it is 10 minutes inland (approx 20kms from exit 70 off the main A7 motorway). If you see 'Ibi' on the map - 'Tibi' is before 'Ibi'

Also around the area there are lots of walks and horse riding.  Then of course you have lots of surrounding villages with weekly markets, play areas for children and then if you want lots more life there is Alicante City, El Campello, San Juan, Benidorm, Torrevieja - in fact there is everything you could possibly want - all within about 20/40 minutes drive.

Towels and linen included (except beach towels) which are changed every week. Also cleaning is done once a week.

 Directions to the villa will be advised once final payment for the booking has been made.

Children are welcome. Not ideal for wheelchairs.
