We require 25% deposit payable on booking. Payment through PayPal - we will send you a PayPal invoice to enable the payment. Once the deposit is received we will then reserve the villa for you. The remainder of the payment will be required 8 weeks prior to your departure with a refundable breakage deposit of £250 (unless it is a last minute booking then we will require the whole amount).

900 EUROS per month - plus utility bills
